OpenWebU Community Values

OpenWebU provides a wide variety of forums, such as, but not limited to, User-Created Product Descriptions, and User-created reviews to enable our Users to provide factual information, personal opinions about products, and guidance on a variety of topics.

Consequently, community content published or edited by OpenWebU registered users is solely the opinion and responsibility of the person or organization posting the content. OpenWebU does not monitor and is not responsible for the content posted by Users.

While OpenWebU is not obligated to monitor or censor feedback, OpenWebU reserves the right to delete any comments which are not in compliance with OpenWebU’s Terms of Service. The purpose of OpenWebU’s Community Values is to outline clearly the type of online community environment OpenWebU strives to create and maintain.

OpenWebU’s values simply stated are that:

• OpenWebU’s goal is to create a fair and open marketplace for professional training. A centerpiece of a fair marketplace is to create an environment where Users describe accurately and truthfully yet respect the privacy of other Users.
• Users are allowed to express their opinions but treat each other with courtesy, fairness, respect and professionalism.

We expect Users to exercise good judgment in any of the content they post to the Site. As an example, where there is opportunity for Users to give feedback on a Class or in any written forum, we expect you to leave an objective, balanced ratings and feedback.

Although OpenWebU leverages tools, such as email, to facilitate correspondence between Publishers and Students, as well as other Users, OpenWebU will not be a party to any such dispute or be obligated to take any action or refrain from taking any action toward resolving any such dispute.

For all Users, we expect that if you are dissatisfied with conduct of any other User, we expect that you attempt to resolve directly with the User himself or herself.

OpenWebU’s Community Values are governed by OpenWebU’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. All content posted on OpenWebU must comply with all aspects of those policies.
