1) How long do I have to take the class once I've paid to take it? As long as stated in the Access Period description of the class.

2) How often can I take the class once I've paid to take it? You can take the class as often as you would like within reason. As a rule of thumb, we would become concerned if you took the class more than 5 times.

3) What if I have a question for the instructor? You can email the instructor if you have a question. If it is before you buy the class, the link is on the page with details on the class. After you buy the class, the link is on the View Class page.

4) What kind of system software do I need as a student? You only need internet access, and to use one of the following browsers: IE6, 7, 8, Firefox 3.0 or Chrome.
